How People Turn

This list contains solely observations from the series. It has not yet been figured out what exactly causes infection. Therefore, these are solely theories and no facts.
  • People get bitten
  • People get infected blood into their bodies
  • Early in the story Riley says that her and Pegs saw people get attacked and they may have turned from just being touched by the blood
