Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will be released in just a month, but for some fans, they have been waiting for years. After the release of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire in 2014, fans were sure that a remake of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl would be next in line. Pokémon Diamond and Pearl was a popular entry in the franchise that introduced many fan-favorite Pokémon and took on many gameplay features from previous entries, such as a day and night cycle. Unfortunately, four years after the release of the Gen 3 remakes, due to the popularity of Pokémon GO, Game Freak decided to revisit Gen I.

But finally, three years later, the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl remakes will arrive, and while not in the graphic style that fans were hoping for, the fact that players can visit the Sinnoh region again is enough. Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are out next month and fans can no longer contain their excitement. Many fans have taken to Reddit to share the teams they plan to form. Most of the Pokémon teams that are being formed have some obvious similarities to them, such as the popular fire starter Pokémon, Infernape, and the fighting steel Pokémon, Lucario. Although popular, Infernape could have been chosen for other reasons as well, such as how quickly it evolves. Interestingly though, there were a few other Pokémon that kept popping up, like Porygon-Z and Gliscor. Of course, Porygon-Z is likely around due to its strange design and powerful stats, while Gliscor is also quite powerful, has a really cool design, and is only weak to water and ice movements.

There are also other common similarities to Pokémon teams like Electivire and Garchomp. Garchomp is very strong and arguably has one of the coolest designs for a Sinnoh Pokémon. Most of the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl teams here are surprisingly well rounded with a variety of different types making up the teams.

Of the teams that were listed, while it's pretty obvious that players will want to form teams based on Sinnoh Pokedex, it's interesting to see that there aren't many inclusions outside of Gen 4 Pokemon. Of course, these are just the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl teams that players plan to form. Once Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl launch next month, all of that could change as players progress through the game.
Although fan reaction around Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl was mixed in its first trailer primarily due to the chibi art style the game uses, recent trailers seem to have garnered more positivity for the remakes. Whether it's the art style that grows in the players or other features that
