Music Credits?

Love the show, just started and finished in about two weeks...loved being able to binge the whole series!! I love some the music, but noticed there aren't any credits anywhere. Is there anywhere to find songs or artists, whether open sourced or composed for the show? Specifically, I loved the piece on episode 48, the finale, the transition between the Burt/Scratch resolution and Michael/Peg's update to Nicholas. Does anyone know the name of the song, it was very moving...

Good question, Willis. As far as I know the music has been credited to Katie Wayland, Ron Gallagher, and Daniel Hopkins (as listed in the wiki), but as far as who wrote what? Couldn't tell you. Maybe the man himself will appear and shed some light... then again, maybe he's taking a nap.
